These terms cover VideoFile Tools, operated by Shipit Software. By using the service, you agree to these conditions.
Your files
You retain your rights in your files. Upload only material you own or have permission to process. You allow us to store, copy and transform it as needed to carry out the processing you request and return the result.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, interfere with the service, bypass its limits, or attempt to access files belonging to other people. We may restrict requests or suspend access to protect the service.
Limits and availability
The current upload limit is 95 MB and 10 minutes per video. Processing is subject to capacity and may fail. Supported formats, limits and availability may change. Review the output before relying on it; conversion and compression can change quality.
Temporary results
Files are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours. Keep your original and download results promptly. The service does not provide permanent storage, backups, account history or recovery of lost access tokens.
Responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Support
Use the support form to report a problem. A response is not guaranteed or immediate. You do not need an account to submit a request.
